CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

Fetzer Vineyards dba 1000 Stories Wines is collecting your personal information to support its business operations, including for the business purposes listed in the chart below. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

We will not sell the personal information we collect or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

These Supplemental California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosures are intended to disclose information about our data processing practices as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA) and supplementing the disclosures in our Privacy Policy (which apply also in California) and any CCPA Notice at Collection issued in addition to the CCPA Notice at Collection Online provided below. We may collect the personal information categories listed in the table below. The table also lists, for each category, our expected retention period, use purposes, and whether we sell the information or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Personal Information Category:

Identifiers, such as real name, alias, postal or mailing address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.

Retention Period: For users with an account: we retain all information collected and provided to us through the account until customer deletes their account (or requests that we do so on their behalf). For identifiers collected outside of an account: we retain all information collected for all customers who have opened, clicked, or otherwise interacted with at least one marketing communication for a period of 5 consecutive years. If a customer does not interacted with at least one marketing communication for a period of 5 consecutive years, information collected from these customers will be deleted on January 1st of the following calendar year. For any customers: we will delete all data collected from you as soon as reasonably possible upon your request.
Business Purpose: We use this information to perform and fulfill purchases from us, in connection with registration for events, memberships, accounts, to permit your participation in online communities, for the provision of user-generated content, to allow you to contact us with questions, comments or concerns and to address your communications, to provide materials you request, to permit your participation in and confirm your eligibility for contests, sweepstakes and other promotions, for marketing purposes, to analyze trends, administer our website, track users’ movements and online activity and gather demographic information for aggregate use, web beacons in emails and newsletters so that we know when such communications have been opened and to help us tailor our communications to individual users.
How We Share: We share this information with our other brands, affiliated companies, and service providers that support our business and operations. This includes fulfillment and delivery services, financial institutions, technical support, advertising, public relations, media and marketing services, sweepstakes, promotions, campaigns and contest-related services, e-commerce and other web-related services such as web hosting and web monitoring services and event-related services such as online and offline data capture.

California Customer Records personal information, which includes a name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information.

Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.

Retention Period: For users with an account: we retain all information collected and provided to us through the account until customer deletes their account (or requests that we do so on their behalf). For identifiers collected outside of an account: we retain all information collected for all customers who have opened, clicked, or otherwise interacted with at least one marketing communication for a period of 5 consecutive years.
